No contract will commence between you and Justine Peters for the sale
by it to you of any product unless and until Justine Peters
accepts your order by email confirming that it has despatched your product.
For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the
United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in
all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Justine Peters
irrevocably agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Justine Peters shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage,
which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials used in this
website. All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned or licenced to
Justine Peters. Any use of the site or its contents, including copying or storage
in whole or part, other than for personal use, is strictly prohibited without prior permission
from Justine Peters.
To the fullest extent as permitted at law, Justine Peters is providing this website
and its contents on an ""as is"" basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations
or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this website or the information,
contents, materials or products included in this website including, but without limitation,
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. All disclaimers and exclusions
included in these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
Should any provision of these disclaimers and exclusions be deemed to be unlawful, void or for any other
reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed to be severable and shall not affect the validity
and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Delivery
Our normal service will deliver all orders within 7 working days (UK Mainland only)
and we aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt subject to credit check clearance
and product availability. A charge of £1.99 will be made on all orders received for despatch within
the UK where the order value is below £50. Orders over £50 will be delivered free of charge.

Returns Policy
We are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products
you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a refund provided that the goods are returned
unworn, unwashed, with all labels intact and all garments are in a proper resaleable condition and are returned
within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the original postage charge is non-refundable.
If you wish to return products to us please complete the returns form
supplied with your order. Be sure to fill in all the details and enclose it with your package,
which of course should be wrapped securely.

Always remember to request a proof of postage certificate, available free from your post office,
when returning goods, should the package fail to reach us.
Proof of delivery is not proof of goods received.
We recommend that you insure the good using recorded or special delivery as you will be responsible for
loss of goods during transit.

Distance Selling Regulations
The Consumer may cancel the contract, in writing to Customer Services or via email within seven working days,
starting the day after product is received or before the goods have been shipped out.
If the goods have been dispatched, the Consumer must return the goods in its original
condition with packaging as detailed in the Returns Policy. |

Methods of Payment
You are able to pay for your goods using all major credit and debit cards
(Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, and Solo).

customers the highest level of security when entering credit card details over the Internet.
The total cost of the order is the price of the products
ordered plus postage and packing charges where applicable.
All credit/debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation
procedures adopted by the card issuer. Any refusal by the issuer of any payment card to authorise
the payment to us, for any reason, will not render Justine Peters liable for
any delay or non-delivery. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your
rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. In instances where the product has already been
despatched the customer is liable for the shipping cost to return the goods to Justine Peters.

on our website, the actual colours you see will depend on your own monitor. We can not guarantee
that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the product on
delivery. Justine Peters takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details,
descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time the information
is entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been
entered onto our website incorrectly including prices and promotional activity. Prices are subject
to change and without notice. All goods offered on the Justine Peters website
are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is out of stock before your order is accepted,
we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Our website is updated on a regular basis.
